If any of the following apply, push notifications will not be delivered.
Push notification settings in the app are OFF
(App settings -> Switch push notification back ON)
App notifications in iPhone device settings are OFF
(iPhone device settings -> Notifications -> Apps -> Allow push notifications -> Switch push notifications back ON)
Android
If any of the following apply, push notifications will not be delivered.
Push notification settings in the app are OFF
(App settings -> Switch push notification back ON)
App notifications in Android device settings are OFF
(Android device settings -> Application manager -> Apps -> Check “show notifications”)
The app itself is not running
(Android device settings -> Application manager -> Apps -> If you cannot click on the “force stop” button, the app is not running. Startup the app to get notifications.)
If you have reconfigured your device as shown above, and the same problem still continues to occur, there may be other tools or apps that are interfering with your settings. If so, find out what tools or apps are causing the problem.
