When I changed to a new device, I continued with the transfer without entering the device data transfer code. Can’t I make the transfer code input screen appear again?

This can be done by resetting the app.

iOS
To reset your app, send us an inquiry with your mobile membership ID and OS version of the device you want to transfer to.

Android
Delete the app and reinstall it.

Select country you prefer.
