I tried to issue a new coupon by copying an older one that was issued to a certain user, but even though I select multiple new users to send it to, the old member ID won’t disappear.

After displaying the member IDs of the new recipients, put check marks on them and choose [Select Checked Member IDs] to add them to the previous recipient.  If you want to delete the previous recipient and use only new member IDs, choose [Select All] and check only the ones that you want.
