Please confirm the following when using Beacon (Stamping Machine)
1. When getting a Stamp, keep the Stamp page open on your smartphone while holding it up to the Beacon terminal.
2. Turn on Bluetooth/Location-Based Services on your smartphone.
※Please be aware that your smartphone case might be the cause of the machine not responding.
※If the response is poor, try restarting your smartphone once.
※The Beacon’s battery life is estimated to be from 1 to 2 years. If the light in the center of the machine turns red and begins to blink, it means the remaining power is low. We are sorry, but you will be responsible for subsequent battery changes.
