You can add a database user by clicking the [+ Add] button to the right of the user list.
The database user can be specified with the host allowed to access.
The connection is only allowed to the database by the host which is allowed to access.
You can also create a user to use phpMyAdmin provided by Z.com.
Set the user type as [phpMyAdmin User] when adding a database user.
