How can I add an option?

You can add an option such as a unique SSL, static IP address, and additional disk space.
It varies depending on the option.
Please follow the directions below.

*Note. You need to add options no later than 30 days prior to the date of your contract period ends.
<To add a unique SSL>
1. Log in to the control panel, click on [WordPress] at the navigation bar.
2. Click on the appropriate server from the WordPress server list.
3. Click on the apropriate WordPress from the WordPress list.
4. Click on the [Start using] text link on the [SSL Usage] item under [Website Information[Live Area]].
5. Follow the instruction on the screen to complete.
<To add a static IP address>
1. Log in to the control panel, click on [WordPress] at the navigation bar.
2. Click on the appropriate server from the WordPress server list.
3. Click on the WordPress from the WordPress list.
4. Change the [Static IP Address] status to be [ON] under [Website Information[Live Area]].
5. Pop-up window will appear. Click [Yes] to complete.
<To add an additional disk space>
1. Log in to the control panel, click on [WordPress] at the navigation bar.
2. Click on the appropriate server from the WordPress server list.
3. Click on the icon right to the [Total Disk Space] under the [Server Information].
4. Select the disk size you want to add and click [Yes] to complete.
